Kris Rausch SD Ag Woman of the Year

Kris Rausch of Gettysburg was named the 2018 South Dakota Ag Woman of the Year, according to a news release.

The award presented to a woman from South Dakota who is making her living in agriculture and sharing her love of the industry with future generations.

Rausch farms with her husband, Bob, and their sons and families. She is involved in the day-to-day operations of their multi-generational farm. She has also been involved in many agricultural organizations from South Dakota Extension and South Dakota Farm Bureau, to Medicine Rock Cattlewomen and the South Dakota Soil Health Coalition.
