sale will be held at the Legion Hall in Badger, South Dakota on January
31, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Terms announced to bidders at the private sale on
January 31, 2019 shall take precedence over any other representations.

miles south on 450th Ave and 1.5 miles west on south side of 203rd Street.

Tract 1 legal description: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2
NW1/4), Section Seven (7), Township One Hundred Eleven (111) North,

Terms: Tracts 1 and 2 will be sold separately. This property will be sold
for cash with a 10% non-refundable Earnest Money deposit due at the
conclusion of the sale. The balance of sale price paid at closing on or
before March 1, 2019. Sellers will pay all 2018 property taxes due and
payable in 2019. Buyer will be responsible for 2019 property taxes due and
payable in 2020. An owner’s policy of title insurance will be split 50/50
between Sellers and Buyer. Sellers will pay transfer fees and Buyer will pay
recording fees. Buyer will receive possession after closing. The property
