Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted on real estate
situated in McPherson County, SD described as follows:

The purchaser shall be entitled to possession of the real estate on sale

to S&S Realty no later than 11:30 am CT on Monday, December
17, 2018. The three highest bidders of each parcel will be invited
to attend an oral auction to be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018
at 7:00 pm at S&S Realty in Herreid, SD. At such time, the top
bidders will be required to deposit 10% of the purchase price with
the balance to be paid in cash on or before January 18, 2019. Seller
will pay all 2018 real estate taxes and all prior years. Buyer will be
responsible for all 2019 real estate taxes and future years. The cost of
an owner’s policy of title insurance will be split 50/50 between buyer
and seller. S&S Realty, Dean Schwartz, Broker, will be handling the
sale and sale closing and is representing the seller in this transaction.
