Gary Wickre of Box Elder, S.D., sold the Top Sale Horse on Aug. 18 at South Dakota Horse Sales in Corsica, S.D., for $3,700. Sundance Scottish Win is an 11-year-old ranch-used AQHA gelding. He has also been used to haul to amateur and college rodeos competing in team and breakaway roping. He sold to Gary Fritz of Tyndall, S.D.

The Reserve Top Sale horse was a mule and was consigned by John Buser of Omro, Wis., for $2,700. “Rooster” is a 12-year-old been-there-done-that well-broke John Mule. He has been used from packing in the mountains to ranch work and went home with Les Schewe of Manitoba, Canada.
