Tyler Hintz coronation

Tyler Hintz was crowned Junior Miss Rodeo South Dakota.

Tyler Hintz, a 2018 graduate of Timber Lake High School, was crowned Junior Miss Rodeo South Dakota in Belle Fourche recently. Hintz is a freshman at Northern State University in Aberdeen where she is studying secondary education with a minor in psychology. Hintz received the awards of Photogenics and Horsemanship in the pageant and made lifelong friends.

Hintz plans on running for Miss Rodeo South Dakota in the future after she receives her college diploma and eventually running for Miss Rodeo America. Hintz would like to thank all of her sponsors that helped her along the way (Timber Lake Rodeo Association, Timber Lake Topic, Country Market , Gill Red Angus and Bieglers Timber Lake Service). Hintz would like to give a huge “thank you” to her family for standing by her and encouraging her on this journey — especially her grandmother, Judy Hintz of Trail City, and her mom, Marty Hintz, and sisters Tobi Hintz and Tara Hintz of Glencross.
