Timber Lake and Area Museum, Timber Lake: The new exhibits are “Found Objects into Art” and “Isabel Centennial 1911-2011.” Special exhibits are “Timber Lake History 1910-2010” and “Gage, Traversie, Comeau Wedding Dresses.” The museum has the most complete public exhibit of Fox Hills Ammonites in South Dakota. Klein Museum, Mobridge: Fifteen life-size wax mannequins have been added to permanent displays in the museum. Museum has extensive Native American and pioneer collection, a restored 1920s house, school house and post office. There is also a log cabin filled with farm machinery toy collection and scale model farm machinery. Admission charged.
