Author will speak Wednesday

Charles M. Rogers, author of the book “South Dakota Challenges Since 1960,” will speak to the Aberdeen Area Retired Teachers Association Wednesday (May 15)

The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. at IHOP. All retired school personnel and history buffs are invited.

Rogers is a Wessington native who spent many years teaching government and history in South Dakota schools. He is retired from the Sioux Falls school district but continues as an adjunct teacher at Killian College. To obtain a copy of his book, email progers@sio.midco.net.
