Man killed in farming accident

MAYNARD, Minn. (AP) — A man has died in a farming accident in southern Minnesota.

The Renville County Sheriff’s Department says the man died Monday afternoon when he was run over by a combine at a farm near Maynard.

Authorities say the man approached the back of the combine where the driver couldn’t see him and was run over. The victim died at the scene.
