Webster/Waubay FFA members compete in land and range contest
FFA members of the Webster/Waubay chapter competed in the Northeast South Dakota Land and Range Contest on Sept. 9, 2014. Land and Range contests are a large part of agricultural education, especially if the students are looking to pursue a career in an agriculture related field. These contests help prepare them for analyzing and judging both range and soils.
Members from the chapter that placed included Range – Levi Johnson-6th, Ethan Jorgenson-7th, Nathan Benike-13th, Allison Duerre-16th, Sydney Swanson-22nd, and Lance Amundson-64th.
