Groton man dies after being injured in farm accident

GROTON, S.D. (AP) — A Groton man has died from injuries he suffered in a farming accident in northwestern Spink County.

Sheriff Kevin Schurch tells the American News (http://bit.ly/1LM18Ah ) that 72-year-old Wayne Feller suffered a head injury while working on a combine Friday, September 25. Feller was flown to a Sioux Falls hospital, where he died Sunday.

Feller’s funeral is on October 2 at Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel in Groton.
