SD Cattlemen’s Foundation adds second opening act for Toby Keith concert in June 2016
Sioux Falls, South Dakota — The South Dakota Cattlemen’s Foundation (SDCF) announced on January 11 a second opening act for the Toby Keith concert, as part of the Prime Time Gala, an upscale banquet and concert that raises funds to fight hunger in South Dakota.
Country music ‘up-and-comer,’ Chase Bryant, will be taking the stage at the concert that will be held on June 25, 2016 at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. Bryant is one of the featured opening acts in addition to The Swon Brothers. He is not only a RED BOW recording artist, but also a top-flight guitar player, head-turning songwriter and co-producer of his debut album.
Bryant focuses his muse on the commonalities people share. “We all have a destination,” he says. “We all have dreams we want to follow. I’m no different than anybody else, I just sing about it. It’s my job to put the party on and give people a good reason to have fun.” And that he does, whether it’s in the soaring groove of current single “Little Bit of You,” the sparkling “Fire,” unabashed romanticism of “Change Your Name” or the vocally-charged, guitar-shredding Top 10 debut single “Take It On Back.”
Tickets for the Toby Keith, The Swon Brothers & Chase Bryant concert are on-sale to the public at the KELOLAND Box Office, online at www.ticketmaster.com, and all Ticketmaster locations. Ticket prices range from $20 to $69 for the concert only.
A portion of the proceeds from the concert, as well as the auction and raffle at the Prime Time Gala, will directly benefit Feeding South Dakota to assist their efforts in providing more protein to food insecure families in our state. At a press conference last month, SDCF pledged a donation goal of raising $150,000 at this year’s event to provide more beef to food insecure families throughout the state. Funds also raised at the event have been earmarked for a new scholarship program that SDCF has established.
