NRCS State Technical Committee to meet May 10 in Pierre
Huron, SD –The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will hold the State Technical Committee (STC) Meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at the Highland/Hills Room behind the RedRossa Italian Grille/Clubhouse Hotel located at 808 W. Sioux Avenue, in Pierre, SD. The meeting is open to the public and will begin at 10 a.m. The STC serves as an advisor to the NRCS State Conservationist.
The tentative agenda for the meeting will include Client Gateway Producer Demonstration, Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 program update to include Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP), and Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP); Conservation Reserve Program (CRP); Strikeforce Update; New Resource Conservation Partnerships Program Projects; South Dakota Wetland Compliance Update; and more.
