Dan, Mike, and Justin Noteboom and Pete and Paul Hegg of Noteboom Implement along with Jeff Hultgren, Todd Conover, and Dewayne, Dustin, and Bryce Ricklefs of Hultgren Implement are pleased to announce the merger of their John Deere dealerships in Iowa and South Dakota. The newly merged company will take effect July 31, 2016, and will conduct business together as Noteboom Implement.

The Noteboom family and Hultgren owners bring 122 years of combined John Deere ownership. They desire to provide superior customer service while maintaining small town values in the farming communities they serve. This merger will allow for improved capabilities to better serve their valued customers.

Dan Noteboom, CEO, said, “We want to thank the current Hultgren Implement and Noteboom Implement customers for their past business and will continue to partner with them to insure the profitability and efficiency of their farming operations. Our success comes from our dedication to our customers and support of farm-related organizations and our future farmers. We are excited about the opportunity to serve more producers in Iowa.”

Noteboom went on to say, “We are extremely proud to be able to partner with the many talented and dedicated employees at Storm Lake and Ida Grove and their vast experience will be a good addition to our current Iowa dealerships. We look forward to working alongside the Hultgren owners and employees to better serve our customers and the surrounding communities.”

Dewayne Ricklefs, Hultgren General Manager, said, “This merger seems to be a perfect fit for us. Both companies have had a central focus of serving our customers with integrity and the highest ethical standards for many years. I am certain this business standard will continue as we come together.”
