Field-to-fork dinner: A farm-to-table-connection

A field-to-fork dinner will be held on Sept. 7 at the Centennial Village on the Brown County Fairgrounds in Aberdeen. Tickets are $100 per person. A social will be held at 5:30 p.m. followed by a dinner at 6 p.m.

Dine with local ag producers and share conversation around the table about modern farming practices and food production.

This is an elegant, casual outdoor dining experience that includes a five-course meal, prepared by Chef Jacob Collins from Moccasin Creek Country Club, with local beers and wines.

Entertainment will be provided by Seth Anderson.

Tickets are available at the Chamber of Commerce office or at aberdeen-chamber.com. There is limited availability.
