Friendly Fellows and Daisies

The Friendly Fellows and Daisies 4-H Club met on May 23. The meeting was called to order by Kaitlyn Anderson. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Noah Scepaniak. The 4-H Pledge was led by Natalia Warrington.

The roll call topic was favorite flower. There were no communications. Treasurer’s report amount was $2,809.95. There were three bills and no receipts. The treasurer’s report was approved by Nicole Marzahn and seconded by Ashlyn Warrington. There were no secretary’s report additions or improvements. The secretary’s report was approved by Ashlyn Warrington and seconded by Natalia Warrington.

Old business was fruit, Red Wheel and the Molded Fiber Glass tour. Old business was closed by Logan Warrington and seconded by Axel Warrington.

New Business was Newshound and final enrollment. New Business was closed by Kella Tracy and seconded by Novalea Warrington.

Other business was Adopt-A-Highway ditch pickup and flower planting. The meeting was adjourned by Ashlyn Warrington and seconded by Kella Tracy. There were no talks or demos. Lunch was served by Kella Tracy.

The Friendly Fellows and Daisies 4-H Club met on Aug. 4. The meeting was called to order by President Colin Frey. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Ashlyn Warrington. The 4-H Pledge was led by Vice President Hanna Miller. Roll call topic was favorite 4-H project. There were no communications. The treasurer’s report amount was $2,573.76. There were no bills or receipts. The treasurer’s report was approved by Hanna Miller and seconded by Ashlynn Warrington. The secretary’s report had no additions or improvements and was approved by Logan Warrington and seconded by Mallory Miller.

Old business was the state 4-H Horse Show. Old business was closed by Ashlyn Warrington and seconded by Natalia Warrington. New business was Newshound, Bo-peep Bingo, and the Brown County Fair. New business was closed by Logan Riggenberg and seconded by Axel Warrington. There was no other business.

The meeting was adjourned by Logan Warrington and seconded by Noah Scepaniak. There was a talk about Washington, D.C., by Colin Frey and Nicole Marzahn and a separate talk about Washington, D.C., by Hanna Miller. Lunch was a potluck picnic served by everyone.
