Hitchcock-Tulare FFA member wins state creed speaking event

Brendan Nowell of the Hitchcock-Tulare FFA Chapter placed first in South Dakota FFA’s creed speaking Leadership Development Event at the state competition.

Creed speaking participants recite the FFA Creed and answer questions posed by the judges. The creed speaking LDE encourages students to practice their public speaking, develop self-confidence and promote FFA involvement. Brendan will advance to the National FFA Convention, which will be in Indianapolis from Oct 27-30, 2021.

This event and travel scholarship is sponsored by Craig and Bonnie Dybedahl and Jeremy and Laura Nettifee. The results for South Dakota’s creed speaking LDE are as follows:
