All American Saddle Club open point shows approaching

All American Saddle Club holds three open point horse shows a year. This year’s dates are June 29, July 20 and August 24 at the Day County Fairgrounds Horse Arena in Webster, S.D.

The shows include 41 classes for youth and adults. Classes consist of Showmanship, Stockseat, Lead-line, Western Pleasure, Egg and Spoon, Barrels, Poles, Goat Tying, Roping and various games.

Classes for beginners (6 and under) run $1.00 apiece. Junior Juniors (7-10 years of age) cost $1.50 per class. Juniors (11-13 years old) are charged $2.00 per class while Senior (14 and up) and Novice members are $2.50. Membership per family is $10.00. Ribbons are awarded at shows and awards are given at a yearend banquet.
