Against war on terror, drugs

I thought President Barack Obama said the “War on Terror” was over, so why is the government still collecting data on people? Is it going to be like the “War on Drugs” and go on forever, wasting how many billions of dollars that could be better spent on infrastructure?

Seeing as how the “War on Drugs” hasn’t solved anything, it seems like it should be ended. I think that the only way to end the “War on Drugs” will be to legalize them all and then put a heavy tax on them.

I think people need to read “1984” by George Orwell, or “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley. Is this the future we want? If things keep going the way they are, we could well end up under these conditions, with our freedoms having been taken away.

Why does this country continue to send foreign aid to people in countries that hate us? This seems kind of stupid to me.
