Help during medical emergency

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the individuals that responded to my medical emergency while driving on Sixth Avenue the night of June 10. To the individuals that were able to get me to pull my pickup off Sixth Avenue, the paramedics that responded, the police officer and the doctor and nurses in ER at Avera St. Luke’s, I just want you to know how much your assistance was appreciated.
